La Ferme de l'Arsouille hosts seminars at rue de la Grande Sambresse 5 in Temploux, a district of the city of Namur1. The venue takes up to 400 people, and seats up to 2502. From Brussels-Central station, the 59 km drive takes 58 minutes without traffic3. You choose the caterer who serves lunch4.

Getting here from the E411 or the E42

Joining the E411 from the farm, by the E42 and the Daussoulx interchange, takes 13 minutes without traffic (13 km)5. Exit 13 (Spy) of the E42 is 5 minutes from the farm, without traffic (3 km)6.

The farm's own car park is large and lit7. A trainer who arrives at Namur railway station has a 14-minute drive to the farm, without traffic (9 km)8.

One space for the meeting, another for the break

For companies, we offer a meeting space and a second space to relax in, for the break or a buffet-style drinks reception9. The venue's two floors, the ground floor and the upper floor, can each be arranged to suit your seminar10. Anyone heading upstairs crosses the ground floor on the way11. We take one client per date, so no other event is held at the farm that day12.

Your sessions use our tables and chairs, and the coffee break our standing tables13. The toilets are on the ground floor, and they are accessible to people with reduced mobility14.

Two floors to present on

You will find a projector and a sound system on each of the two floors, and we supply the screen15. Your sessions can therefore take place downstairs or upstairs.

Lunch between two sessions

Lunch can be served at the farm, between the morning and afternoon sessions. The partner caterers' options include a hot or cold buffet and a multi-course menu16. If one of our partners serves the lunch in the room, we take a discount off the hire price4. Partner or not, the caterer you pick can cook in a large professional kitchen on site17.

The budget for a one-day seminar

INNOV'events, a Belgian agency that organises events, puts a one-day seminar without an overnight stay at €120 to €250 per participant18. That is an overall budget, not the price of a room, and it varies with the venue, the catering and the technical equipment18. The agency does not say whether VAT is included.

You can hire the farm for a day, an evening or a weekend19. We also consider tailor-made projects, such as a training course19. We quote the price over the phone, based on your date, your number of participants and the season12.
