La Ferme de l'Arsouille rents out its venue in Temploux, part of the city of Namur1, for team building days in Wallonia. The venue takes up to 400 people standing2. Without traffic, the drive from the farm to the Daussoulx interchange, where the E42 meets the E411, takes 11 minutes (12 km)3.

Without traffic, each of these drives takes less than an hour, and the longest, from Brussels-Central, takes 58 minutes4. A company with teams in several of these cities can therefore bring them all to the same venue for the day.

The Daussoulx interchange, where the E42 meets the E411

Teams can arrive on either motorway, but the E42 passes much closer: its exit 13 (Spy) is 3 km from the farm9.

Whichever motorway a team uses, its exit is no more than 15 minutes from the farm, without traffic11. The car park is large and lit12.

Two floors for a large group

The venue seats up to 250 guests2. A group this size can spread over both floors, the ground floor and the upper floor, each set up for your day13. The way up to the upper floor leads through the ground floor14. We rent the farm to one group per date15, so teams arriving from different cities never mix with another company's guests.

Air conditioning and heating are listed among the venue's facilities16. Lunch comes from the caterer you choose17.

Time outdoors, in the fenced garden

A team can spend part of the day outdoors without leaving the farm, because its spacious garden is fenced18. For a meal outside, the farm also has a barbecue, and a shade sail over its terrace18.
