For team building in Namur, La Ferme de l'Arsouille offers your group one space to meet and another for breaks1. The farm is in Temploux, part of the city of Namur2, and holds up to 250 people seated or 400 standing3. Brussels-Central station is 58 minutes away by car, without traffic4. Outside, there is a spacious garden with a fence all round it5.

A team day in Temploux, indoors and out

Indoors, one room spreads over two floors, the ground floor and the upper floor, and each floor can be set up for the day's programme6. To reach the upper floor, you go through the ground floor7. A screen, chairs, tables, high tables and a bar are already on site1. If your team will spend most of the day in working sessions, you are planning something closer to a seminar than to team building.

At the end of the afternoon, the break space can host drinks with finger food1. On your date, we rent the farm to nobody else, so the team has the place to itself8.

From Brussels in 58 minutes, without traffic

By road, Brussels-Central station is 59 km from the farm4. The 58 minutes4 are measured without traffic, so a team leaving the city centre at rush hour should allow more time.

If you arrive on the E411, you can switch to the E42 at the Daussoulx interchange, 11 minutes from the farm without traffic (12 km)9. Leaving the E42 at exit 13 (Spy), you have 3 km left to drive, about 5 minutes without traffic10.

The enclosed garden and the terrace

Besides the garden, the farm has a barbecue and a terrace under a shade sail5. The garden is a space of its own, where you can hold a drinks reception12. The terrace keeps off both the sun and light rain12.

The team lunch, cooked by the caterer you choose

We leave the choice of caterer to you13. Your own caterer can cook the team lunch at the farm, or one of our partners can, and then we take a discount off the hire price13.

Either way, the caterer works in a large professional kitchen: the cookers, fridges, freezer and cold room are already there14.

What facilitated team building costs, according to a Belgian agency

According to INNOV'events, a Belgian agency, facilitated team building costs €60 to €180 per person, excluding VAT15. Those prices are for half a day to a full day, with the activity included15. A premium format costs €200 to €300 per person with the same agency, also excluding VAT15.

We do not publish our hire price. It varies with the date, the season and the size of your group, and the manager gives it to you over the phone8.
