At La Ferme de l'Arsouille, in Temploux, part of the city of Namur1, a staff party can gather up to 400 colleagues standing2. Seated at dinner, the limit is 250 guests2. For colleagues coming from Brussels, the drive from Brussels-Central station is 59 km, 58 minutes without traffic3.

The whole company under one roof

The building has one room on two floors, the ground floor and the floor directly above it, each arranged to suit the event4. To reach the upper floor, you walk through the ground floor5. Your party can take the farm for an evening, or for a whole day or weekend6. Because we accept only one hire per date7, no other group shares the bar, the garden or the car park with your staff.

The bar and the dance floor on the same level

The fully equipped bar is on the ground floor, on the same level as the dance floor8. Colleagues can therefore leave the dance floor for a drink without taking the stairs. For sound and entertainment, we refer you to Anim Party9.

Each floor has its own projector and sound system, and a screen comes with them10. Before the dancing starts, the screen can show a slideshow of the year's photos.

Buffet, set menu or spit-roast pig

Our partner caterers offer a hot or cold buffet, a set menu of several courses, a spit-roast pig or a tailor-made service11. Instead of our partners, you can bring in a caterer of your own12. If one of our partner caterers serves the meal in the room, though, we take a discount off the hire price12.

A summer party in the garden, with a barbecue

A summer party can move outdoors, to the barbecue and the terrace under its sun sail13. The garden is spacious and fenced13.

It is a separate garden, and it can host entertainment for the children14. Their play equipment is already there13, which helps when the staff party is also a family day.

Getting home after the party

On the way home, drivers take the E42 to the Daussoulx interchange, where they join the E411. From the farm, that takes 13 minutes without traffic (13 km)15.

The car park is on site, large and lit16.
